Mr. Riggs is a forward-thinking executive with extensive knowledge of public company management and initial operations setup. Mr. Riggs is known for success in a variety of industries including large casinos, mid-sized mining companies, and tech companies. Experienced in the management of companies with operations in several countries including North America, Africa, and Asia. Mr. Riggs has shown an ability to launch and structure results-oriented organizations.

Mr. Isaranggunl Na Ayudhya entered the Aviation Engineering industry with a mission of making a difference. He continues a never-ending high technology education for both military and commercial airlines. With over 42 years of experience in aviation, Sumit has been part of many important positions in the airline industry. He has specialized in FAA A&P Mechanics, Inspection Authorization (IA), and Avionic Technician, troubleshooting problems on various aircraft types.

While with NASA, Sumit worked on the T-38 that was used for astronaut training in El Paso, Texas. In the past decade, he continued pursuing his passion for aviation by starting his own company in California, which is focused on repairing FAA 145’s.

Sumit is very involved with aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing and Airbus which allows him the opportunity to continue receiving high-level, specialized training from the FAA.

Hush graduated from Abilene Christian University with a BBA in Accounting in 1992. He achieved US certification as a Financial Institution Examiner with additional training and certification in Safety and Soundness, Regulatory Compliance, and Information Systems. In his nearly 30 years of Federal Government service, he served as a Bank Examiner for the FDIC and recently retired from being a Special Agent with the FBI.

Mr. Hush has also been an entrepreneur for most of the last 30 years. During that time, he has been part of 13 startup businesses based in 2 countries and 6 states. His experience has been utilized in several startups including partnerships, multi-member LLCs, and an LLP. Additionally, Mr. Hush has been involved in Real Estate development, product import/export, healthcare, automotive, environmental remediation, as well as non-profit cancer education and support. His strong accounting and finance background and skills have been a vital part of the success of the companies he helped as a founder and member, and he continues to be passionate about creating and building new businesses from the ground up.

Mr. Klawunn holds a BBA in Economics from Southwestern University in Georgetown Texas.  Upon graduation he was commissioned into the United States Marine Corps where he served 9 years as a Naval Aviator flying multiple platforms.  He then joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Special Agent, Pilot and Aviation Coordinator for over 20 years.

Mr. Klawunn has a strong entrepreneur background with the ability to design, innovate and bring products to market.  While finishing his career with the FBI he cofounded a cutting-edge design and CNC manufacturing business and holds multiple technical patents.  After selling his interests in the business and retiring from the FBI he has been part of several startups and established businesses with a strong background in the middle east (Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait) and currently has extensive interests in Mexico.
